What I’m building right now

• [demo] Unified, real-time platform for US Construction material pricing.
• Hypothesis: Building the pricing layer for construction materials will save over 220,000 cost estimators in the USA 3-4 hours, every single week
• Looking for a co-founder to pressure-test and land pilots.

Operating Principles

1. I ship v1 in ~10d with live users.
2. Every single task is tied to a named ICP pain we can validate.
3. Decisions are result-led: features shipped, design partners signed, usage.

What I’m looking for in a Co-founder

1. Optimizes for shipped work over talk; signs design partners; moves distribution.
2. Willing to unemotionally kill your own ideas (and mine) fast.
3. Must be willing to do a 10d sprint together.
   1. Daily async updates, minimum
   2. Clearly defined roles
   3. [Day 5]: live demo + first users
   4. [Day 10]: keep or kill based on defined criteria
4. Bring at least one:
   1. production shipping chops
   2. GTM/distribution that gets real meetings
   3. deep domain knowledge / access
